Information - Returns Policy / Compliants
I pride myself on my adaptability and commitment to excellence in every aspect of my service. Unfortunately, the unexpected occurs and a return policy is required. The following online return policy will answer any question you may have.
If, in the event, you are not happy with your individual creation and would like me to address your valid complaints, please follow the directions below.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Effective as of 08/08/2025
- RETURNS. I allow returns for refund only. I do not allow exchanges. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact me at zadkieldesignsaustralia@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once I receive your return.
- RETURN SHIPPING. Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the client.
- ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items are not eligible for return/exchange: Clearance items and Final Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange. I reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
- CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
- FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

2. Use simple words to describe your complaint in order for me to solve the situation at hand as soon as possible.
3. Kindly include details such as your order number and name to assist me.
4. I will review / investigate your complaint and take steps to resolve the issue within 5 working days by contacting you via email.
5. My main priority is to solve the situation at hand professionally and harmoniously.
